About John
I have specialized in helping people through individual counseling with mental and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt and low self-confidence.

My experience has revealed that such issues are caused by chronic stress or past trauma. I’ve found that people exhibit behaviors like obsessive thinking, compulsions, impulsive or addictive behaviors that worsen if left untreated. In my work with children, they typically struggle with symptoms of ADHD, ADD, peer issues, poor self-esteem, and school-related problems.

Additionally, I have helped couples understand their relationships better, communicate successfully and overcome obstacles such as constant fighting or infidelity.

John Bruno is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Credentialed Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor who obtained his Masters of Science degree from L.I.U. Post.
